Andrea Morris, LMFT, LPC is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor focusing on marriage, couple, and family therapy. Andrea works with individuals, couples, and families, holding space for clients to feel safe, develop a new understanding of themselves, and begin making movements toward change. Her training and experience include couples’ issues, life transitions, stepfamilies, parent/teen issues, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss.
Andrea has completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and works with couples to change negative patterns and foster deeper connections. She has earned certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for her demonstrated excellence in this approach to couples work. She holds a master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University, a master’s in education from Northwestern University, a BA from the University of Wisconsin, and a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She previously worked as a volunteer at the National Suicide Prevention Hotline.
